We are working hard to develop the range of educational activity sessions available at Fowlmead Country Park.
We aim to provide young people with the opportunity to learn about the heritage and history of the former Betteshanger Colliery site; to enable participation in a wide variety of leisure pursuits and to enable young people to enjoy, understand and care for the countryside and its wildlife.
Our activities are flexible and may be tailored to meet any specific needs or requirements. All of the activities we offer will have been fully risk-assessed.
We do hope that you find the downloadable Fowlmead Education Brochure of interest, and if a pre-visit site inspection is required we are happy to offer a tour of the park at a mutually convenient time.
